- 3 - 4 db alma
- 1 / 2 citrom leve
- 5 dkg barnacukor
- 5 dkg durvára vágott pekándió vagy dió
- 5 dkg mazsola
- 1 tasak vaníliás cukor
- 1 tk őrölt fahéj
- 8 db réteslap
- 5 dkg olvasztott vaj
Vaníliás öntet :
- 1 tojás
- 150 ml tej
- 2 tasak vaníliás cukor
- 2 - 3 ek cukor
- 1 ek étk. keményítő
- A megpucolt almát kisebb kockákra vágjuk, meglocsoljuk citromlével, hozzáadjuk a cukrokat, a fahéjat, a diót, a mazsolát és alaposan összekeverjük.
- A sütőt 180 °C - ra melegítjük, egy gáztepsibe sütőpapírt fektetünk.
- Egy réteslapot megkenünk olvasztott vajjal, ráborítunk egy másik réteslapot, megkenjük azt is vajjal és elszórtan meghintjük az almás - diós keverékkel, majd harmonika vagy legyezőszerűen összehúzzuk a lapot, ezután a tepsibe helyezzük. Így járunk el a többi lappal is és az összehúzott lapokat egymás mellé helyezzük a tepsibe, majd kb 10 percig sütjük.
- Az öntet hozzávalóit simára keverjük, majd az elősült rétesre öntjük és további 20 percig még sütjük. Ha a rétes kihűlt porcukorral meghintve felkockázva tálaljuk.
